1. To learn law, you must (a) make mistakes (we humans learn via error correction) and (b) you must practice recall (see 'Ebbinghaus forgetting curve'). With ChatGPT, you often do neither.
2. ChatGPT has a distinctive 'taste'. Your plagiarism is obvious.
I use LLMs in my legal practice, but in highly curated ways: proofreading, argument testing, jurisdictional comparison, translation, etc. I never rely on them for writing.
