For law/legal juniors yang nak practice litigation.

EN MS
Much of professional competence goes beyond speaking in court:

- Techniques: Drafting, strategic/procedural litigation (knowing how, what/what not, and when to file), investigative work, client handling.

- Legal knowledge: cases, substantive/procedural law, court practices, statutory interpretation, CLE/CPD in different areas of law, etc.

Advocacy is (arguably) the easiest part for most lawyers.

To improve? Focus on the other bits.
