1. Look for a mentor - a uni senior, a lecturer, a lawyer, etc. It's not wrong to ask if someone is willing to be.
2. We are Asians. No first-name basis (unless allowed, or until you are called to the Bar). Use 'Abang/Kakak', 'Tuan/En/Pn', 'Sir/Madam', 'Mr/Ms'. Even if you are personally close, give professional respect to your mentor.
3. Jangan guna your mentor. Call sometimes to say hi, ajak minum teh, etc. Don't call only when you have a problem.
